<p><strong>COLUMBUS, Ga.</strong>&#8211; The Southeastern University softball team kicked off the NAIA World Series in dramatic fashion <span class="zm_inLnk" data-value="2022-05-26 15:00:00">today</span> after taking a 5-4 victory over Webber International thanks to a one-out, game-ending home run by Haleigh Harrell in the bottom of the seventh.</p>
<p>The 10th seeded Warriors got on the board first in the top of the third after two walks and a wild pitch allowed the first run of the World Series to cross.</p>
<p>For the second and third time in just over a week, Erica Stahl stepped up in two different big-time moments for her team. In the fourth, back-to-back singles by Jamie Mead and Katie Atkins set up a sacrifice fly scenario for Stahl. The Plant City native would then go on to give her team the lead two innings later with an RBI single up the middle that scored Chapel Cunningham. The Fire would go on to score three runs, all with two outs, in the sixth after Ashley Ellison doubled home a run and Madison Williams followed with an RBI single.</p>
<p>The Fire would need just one out to claim the 4-1 victory but the Warriors would manage to bring three across behind two hits, three walks, and two hit-by-pitches.</p>
<p>With one out in the bottom of the seventh, Harrell took the second pitch she saw and sent it over the left field fence, concluding the Fire&#8217;s 5-4 victory and 50th win of the season (50-11).</p>
<p>Autumn Hunter threw four complete innings with just one run allowed on three hits and three walks while Claire Sekinger (23-5) was granted the win after going three innings and allowing three earned runs.</p>
<p>Williams ended the day as the lone Fire hitter with multiple hits with Stahl collecting two RBI&#8217;s.</p>
<p>The Fire will next face off against the second-seeded team in the tournament and the program with the most World Series Championships in the NAIA, Oklahoma City, tomorrow at a time to be announced.</p>

<p><em>Webber Athletics<br>Ricky Baptist</em></p>

<p><strong>BABSON</strong> <strong>PARK</strong>, <strong>Fla</strong>. &#8211; The 2021 season opener for the Webber International University women&#8217;s volleyball team resulted in a 3-1 (25-10, 22-25, 25-22, 25-23) victory for the Warriors at home against the Florida College Falcons.</p>

<p>The win gives Webber (1-0 overall) its first win of the season and breaks a three-match losing streak for the Warriors against Florida College (0-1) dating back to 2019. It was also the first career win for new Head Coach <dfn>Matt Geer</dfn> leading the program.</p>

<p>Webber started off its new season with a great first set, breaking out to a 16-4 lead while holding the Falcons to only 10 points in the set. Webber hit .214 percent in the frame while working to limit the Falcons to only one kill and a -.579 percentage.</p>

<p>The second set and the rest of the match, however, would be a more back-and-forth affair as each of the remaining three sets were decided by three points or less.</p>

<p>The Warriors would have the lead 19-18 late in the second set before allowing the Falcons to score six straight points to give Florida College the 24-19 lead.</p>

<p>Then in the third set, Webber again trailed late, this time at 22-19, but was able to rally in a big way with a 6-0 run of its own to steal the set and take a 2-1 set lead.</p>

<p>Down 22-21 in the fourth set, the Warriors again came from behind to win it as a kill by <dfn>Bailey Sikkema</dfn> followed by back-to-back service aces by <dfn>Kiersten Tisdale</dfn> made it 24-22 Webber. Another kill by Sikkema two points later gave the home team its big win on opening day.</p>

<p>Webber was led offensively by Sikkema with 11 kills followed by <dfn>Nadia Reid</dfn> with nine and<br><dfn>Yanileb Figueroa</dfn> and Savannah Wilhite both with eight. Wilhite, a freshman middle blocker from Melbourne, Florida, also finished with a very effective .333 attack percentage.</p>

<p><dfn>Amanda Vega</dfn> had a standout performance with 33 assists and 11 digs on the day for a season-opening double-double.</p>

<p>Defensively, another freshman middle blocker, <dfn>Tanasha Cooksey</dfn>, made her presence felt with five assisted blocks. Last but not least, sophomore <dfn>Kiersten Tisdale</dfn> would finish with a match-high 14 kills.</p>

<p>Next up for the Warriors will be a doubleheader against No.13 nationally-ranked Viterbo University in two days on Monday, August 16, at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Following that, Webber will travel to West Palm Beach, Florida, to participate in the Keiser Volleyball Invitational on Thursday, August 19, as they match up against Indiana University East and Taylor University.</p>

<p><em>WIU Athletics<br>Ricky Baptist </em></p>

<p>B<strong>ABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> &#8211; Due to his recent performance at the 2021 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championship Trials in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., <dfn>Peyten Young</dfn> of the Webber International University men&#8217;s beach volleyball team has been named to the U.S. Beach U21 National Team.</p>

<p>Young and his partner, Eric Winn, claimed silver at the U21 World Championship Trials on Friday, July 9, after going 3-3 in the tournament and falling 2-0 (21-13, 21-14) in the championship match against Caleb Kwekel and Dylan Zacca.</p>

<p>In addition to Young and Winn&#8217;s performance, two incoming Webber men&#8217;s beach volleyball recruits, Ayden Keeter and Carson Barnes, took fourth place at the trials.</p>

<p>Young and the rest of the 2021 U.S. Beach U21 National Team will participate in a training camp July 26-28 in Fort Lauderdale alongside the Beach NDTP Summer Training Series. Should the U.S. earn a second bid for the 2021 Beach Volleyball U21 World Championship in Roi Et, Thailand, on Sept. 24-29, Young and Winn would receive that bid.</p>

<p>&#8220;Peyten had a great showing at the U21 trials this past weekend and worked hard to get his team to the finals after a contested match against Keeter/Barnes (Webber recruits) to come from behind and win to secure a spot,&#8221; Webber head men&#8217;s volleyball coach <dfn>Carlos Jimenez</dfn> said. &#8220;Peyten continues to develop into a very tactical player and will be a strong contender at the international level. As part of the USA NDTP coaching staff, I look forward to assisting in the pair&#8217;s next step as they train with the rest of the national team later this month in Fort Lauderdale and Webber in preparation for Thailand.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;We are fortunate this year to have not just one but two pairs of siblings join our men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s programs,&#8221; Jimenez said. &#8220;There are a lot of families out there with strong roots within the sport, and to have the chance to recruit both siblings speaks highly of our program and the trust that&#8217;s put on the coaches. Jackson and Lily Arnold come from a very strong program in the Pensacola area and have a solid background as very competitive student-athletes in both disciplines. Christopher and Andrea Padilla grew up in Puerto Rico with a rich athletic influence both from family and the community and are some of the hardest working athletes we have seen. <p><em>WIU Athletics<br>Ricky Baptist</em></p>

<p><strong>BABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> &#8211; Webber International University Head Men&#8217;s Basketball Coach <dfn>Gabriel Rutledge</dfn> has announced of <dfn>Maverick Harris</dfn> as a new assistant coach and <dfn>Nick Johnson</dfn> as a new graduate assistant coach for the upcoming 2021-22 men&#8217;s basketball season.</p>

<p><dfn>Maverick Harris</dfn> comes to Webber from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, Okla.), where he was a graduate assistant men&#8217;s basketball coach in 2019-20 along with current Webber men&#8217;s basketball assistant coach <dfn>Chase Driscoll</dfn>, and then in 2020-21 when the Golden Eagles were the champions of the Summit League and advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. This summer, Harris will be working with the San Antonio Spurs as a camp coach, and earlier this summer, he worked as a head coach for the EuroBasket Summer League Camp.</p>

<p>Harris played collegiate basketball at NCAA Division-III Schreiner University (Kerrville, Texas) from 2013 to 2015 and at NCAA D-III Hardin-Simmons University (Abilene, Texas) from 2015 to 2017. At Schreiner, Harris was an Honorable Mention All-Southern College Athletic Conference Player in 2014 and was named SCAC Player of the Week in 2015. At Hardin-Simmons, he was a member of the American Southwest Conference Championship team in 2016 and 2017, and a team that made it to the Sweet 16 in 2017. Harris attended Boerne High School, where he was a three-time first-team all-district selection and also made the all-region team.</p>

<p>Harris graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and management in 2018, and then graduated from Oral Roberts with his Master of Science degree in sports and leisure administration in 2021.</p>

<p>Harris said, &#8220;God is good. First and foremost, I want to thank my Lord and savior for his guidance and showing me the path he wants me to go through. Second, I want to thank coach Paul Mills and the rest of the ORU coaching staff for taking a shot and giving me an opportunity to put my foot in the door of the only thing I&#8217;ve ever had a burning passion for&#8230; and that&#8217;s basketball and coaching. I&#8217;ve learned countless on and off the court lesson from them and I will be a better coach, person and man of God thanks to them. Last but not least, I want to thank Coach <dfn>Gabriel Rutledge</dfn>. Coach Mills got my foot in the door, and now Coach Rutledge is letting me take my first steps in my coaching career. I&#8217;ve worked with Coach <dfn>Chase Driscoll</dfn> and Coach <dfn>Austin Tomaz</dfn> in the past and I&#8217;ve really enjoyed my time with them. And after getting to know Coach Rutledge, I quickly saw how much passion and knowledge he has for the game, as well as the believe and love he has for his players. It was a no-brainer for me at that point. I&#8217;m so excited to get to work and build something special here at Webber International.&#8221;</p>

<p>Webber&#8217;s new graduate assistant coach, <dfn>Nick Johnson</dfn>, comes from the University of North Florida, where he worked as a student assistant coach with current Webber men&#8217;s basketball assistant coach <dfn>Chase Driscoll</dfn> and his father, Matthew Driscoll. Johnson has also coached at the Jay Bilas Basketball Camp in Charlotte, North Carolina, and as an assistant coach at Edgewood Middle School (2016) in Merritt Island, Florida.</p>

<p>Johnson is set to graduate from UNF with his Bachelor of Science degree in sports management this summer.</p>

<p>Webber Athl<em>etics <br>Ricky Baptist, Director of Sports Information </em></p>

<p><strong>BABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> &#8211; In what turned out to be the Warriors&#8217; final Spring Game and about two months after what they thought was their final Spring Game, the Webber International University men&#8217;s soccer team playing one more time during its 2020-21 season and defeated Ave Maria University 2-1 on the Warrior Grass Field.</p>

<p>The win for Webber (8-9 overall) was its second in three tries this season against Ave Maria (3-13-2).</p>

<p>The Warriors scored just over six minutes in on a goal by <dfn>David Negrin Ruiz</dfn> assisted by <dfn>Rodrigo Flores Iraheta</dfn>, and then led 2-0 at halftime after <dfn>Jay Skelcher-Maxwell</dfn> scored off the assist from Daniel Gamanov in the 31st minute.</p>

<p>Negrin Ruiz led Webber with four shots while Flores Iraheta, <dfn>Prince James</dfn> and <dfn>Dashaun Morris</dfn> all added three.</p>

<p>Webber outshot Ave Maria 11-3 in the first half and held the Gyrenes to without a shot on goal until the 50th minute. In the end, <dfn>Alex Marciulonis</dfn> finished with three saves while defender Eric Lohghorn and the rest of the Warriors&#8217; back four did a great job of controlling the game.</p>

<p>&#8220;The boys played well today, and it was a great way to end the season,&#8221; spoke Head Coach <dfn>Neil Cockburn</dfn>. &#8220;Even though we dominated the game, we need to finish out chances when we can so we don&#8217;t need to struggle at the end.&#8221;</p>

<p><em>Webber Athletics<br>Ricky Baptist</em></p>

<p><strong>BABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> – On Saturday, February 13, 2021, Webber International University had the privilege of hosting the first ever collegiate women&#8217;s flag football event as the Warriors hosted three other NAIA teams for the Crooked Lake Kickoff on the Warrior Grass Field. The historic day started with a 52-0 shutout win for the Warriors over Midland University, and then it ended with a 6-6 tie for the Warriors against St. Thomas University after the final game of the day was suspended due to darkness.</p>

<p>In the first game against Midland, Webber&#8217;s freshman quarterback <dfn>Sierra Harris</dfn> accounted for six total touchdowns (4 passing, 1 receiving, 1 rushing), completing 21 of her 27 passes for 188 yards while also running for 55 yards.</p>

<p>The first ever collegiate touchdown in women&#8217;s varsity flag football came via a 10-yard receiving touchdown from Harris to <dfn>RayGene Garner</dfn> late in the first quarter</p>

<p>At halftime, the Warriors led 20-0 before outscoring Midland 32-0 in the second half.</p>

<p>The last touchdown of the game was an 11-yard touchdown pass from Garner to Harris.</p>

<p>Defensively, the Warriors were led by Garner with 10 flag pulls, one tackle for loss, and an interception that she pitched off for a pick six.</p>

<p>In the final game of the day against St. Thomas, the two teams put together a defensive battle that lead to a 0-0 score at halftime.</p>

<p>Then in the third quarter, <dfn>Kayla Burrows</dfn> rushed in from 26 yards out for the first touchdown of the game, but with only 2:45 left in the fourth quarter, the Bobcats connected on a go-route to tie the game and break Webber&#8217;s stretch of shutout quarters to start the season.</p>

<p>Garner once again finished with 10 flag pulls while Harris added a great pass break up in the first half.</p>

<p>The player of the game offensively for Webber was Burrows, who finished with three catches for 46 yards receiving while also adding 33 rushing yards.</p>

<p>Webber&#8217;s Head Flag Football Coach Jeffery Melesky said, &#8220;It was a great day for women&#8217;s flag football, and it was an honor to be a part of the first ever sanctioned women&#8217;s collegiate flag football game. I am very happy for our players and fans that we were able to bring more light and awareness to this great sport. <dfn>Sierra Harris</dfn> and <dfn>RayGene Garner</dfn> led the way for the Warriors today, showing great poise and leadership both on and off the field. I know what this sport means to the two of them, and for them to connect on the first touchdown ever in the sport makes me proud. I am also very thankful for the other three teams that joined us for the first annual Crooked Lake Kickoff, and hopefully this becomes something we will do on a yearly basis. We are looking forward to the competition the rest of the season brings us, and we are proud to be a part of history.&#8221;</p>

<p>In the other two games on the day, Warner University defeated Midland 42-8, and then St. Thomas defeated Warner 13-6 in a defensive battle.</p>

<p>The overtime period between Webber and St. Thomas will be made up on Saturday, February 27, when the Warriors next play the Bobcats in West Palm Beach, Florida.</p>

<p>Next weekend, Webber will host two other teams for three games on Saturday, February 20. The Warriors will play the University of Florida club team at 1 p.m., and then after Florida plays Warner, the Warriors and the Royals will battle for the first time this season at 4 p.m. The game between Webber and Warner will also be the inaugural Sun Conference game for the Warriors.</p>

<p><strong>BABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> &#8211; The final game of a stretch of three games in three days for the Webber International University men&#8217;s basketball team saw the Warriors get back into the win column as Webber defeated Ecclesia College 76-42 on Saturday evening inside the Sabbagh Athletic Center.</p>

<p>It was also the final nonconference game of the season for Webber, which improved to 6-9 overall and will now begin a stretch of 15 straight conference games in 2021 to close out the regular season.</p>

<p><dfn>Kris Goettert</dfn> led the Warriors with a career-high 24 points on great 10-for-13 shooting from the field and a 4-for-4 mark from the free throw line. He also added eight rebounds.</p>

<p>Next in scoring was <dfn>Rasheem Etienne</dfn> with 15 points as he went 7-for-8 from the free throw line while adding seven boards and six assists.</p>

<p>Terrance Lakes scored nine points and added four assists, and <dfn>Eddie Davis</dfn> had eight points, three assists and three steals. Last but not least, <dfn>Marcus Massey</dfn> and <dfn>Deante Green</dfn> both had five points.</p>

<p>In the first half, Webber led by as much as nine points at 21-12 on a layup by Lakes with nine minutes left before the intermission. Then at halftime, Webber led 31-26 after a jumper and two free throws by Etienne made a one-point lead for the Warriors a five-point margin.</p>

<p>In the second half, Webber went up by nine again (35-26) with four straight points by Goettert to open the period, and then the Warriors took their first double-digit lead of the night on a layup by Etienne to make it 44-33 with 13:24 remaining.</p>

<p>Etienne then hit a jumper less than a minute later to make it a 13-point game at 46-33, but a 8-0 run for Ecclesia (2-9 overall) over the next three and a half minutes made it only a four-point game at 46-41 with 10 minutes on the clock.</p>

<p>Over the next five minutes, the Warriors answered with a big run of their own, a 12-1 stretch featuring eight points by Goettert to lead it by 16 at 58-42.</p>

<p>Webber shot 62.96 percent (17-27) from the field in the second half and finished the game a strong 87.5 percent (14-16) from the free throw line after shooting 8-or-8 from the line from the first half and making each of its first 13 free throws of the game overall.</p>

<p>The Warriors also held the Royals to only 8.3 percent shooting (2-24) from the 3-point line, and took advantage of 20 Royal turnovers to outscore them 23-14 on points off turnovers.</p>

<p>&#8220;I am so proud of this team for battling through a tough week the way they did,&#8221; said Head Coach <dfn>Gabriel Rutledge</dfn>. &#8220;They continue to grow and overcome adversity. We are learning a lot of life lessons along the way, and that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m most excited about. Everyone who played tonight followed the game plan and gave all they had. My entire staff did a terrific job preparing the team, and I appreciate them very much. We now get a very much needed break to prepare ourselves for conference play. Go Warriors.&#8221;</p>

<p>This was the final game of 2020 for the Warriors, who now will not return to the court until after the New Year. The next game on Saturday, January 2, will also mark Webber&#8217;s return to Sun Conference action as the Warriors play at Keiser University at 4 p.m. in West Palm Beach, Florida. It will also be the beginning of a stretch of 15 straight conference games to close out the regular season for Webber.</p>

<p><strong>BABSON PARK, Fla.</strong> – Led by a career-high 31 points by <dfn>Jaylon Myles</dfn>, the Webber International University men&#8217;s basketball team had six players score in double figures as the Warriors improved to 3-0 in nonconference games at home with a high-scoring 91-86 victory over Florida National University on Saturday.</p>

<p>It was the highest point total of the season so far for Webber, which improved to 3-5 overall on the season and is now 3-1 at home. Florida National, meanwhile, fell to 2-6.</p>

<p>In addition to Myles, who shot 13-19 from the field overall and was 2-for-2 from 3-point range, <dfn>Eddie Davis</dfn> had 14 points and was 4-for-4 shooting from the free throw line, <dfn>Kris Goettert</dfn> had 12 points, <dfn>Rasheem Etienne</dfn> and <dfn>Terrance Lakes</dfn> both had 11, and <dfn>Loro Natana</dfn> added 10 points. Goettert also matched his career-high in rebounds with 16 his third double-double of the season while Davis added a career-best eight boards and Etienne had a new career-high in assists with seven.</p>

<p>It was a game that featured five lead changes and eight ties, including four ties in the second half. A layup by the Conquistadors made it 52-52 with 15 and a half minutes left to play, and then a jumper by FNU with 10 and a half minutes left tied it again at 63-63.</p>

<p>From there, the Warriors went up by as much as 11 points at 78-67 after a 10-0 run that was capped off with a put back layup by Natana with just under six minutes left to play. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Then, with Webber up nine at 84-75 following a free throw by Etienne with three and a half minutes left, FNU scored nine straight to tie it one last time, notching the score at 84-84 with 2:20 on the clock.</p>

<p>The Warriors answered with an and-one by Goettert to go ahead 87-84 with 2:03 remaining, and then after a jumper by Myles made it 89-86 with 1:21 left, neither team scored until the final seven seconds when two free throw by Davis salted it away.</p>

<p>Head Coach <dfn>Gabriel Rutledge</dfn> said, &#8220;I thought it was a great team win tonight. We had a lot of positive energy on both ends of the floor. I challenged <dfn>Jaylon Myles</dfn> after our previous two games, and he accepted the challenge, excelling both offensively and defensively. We still need to clean up our turnovers, but I was happy with the way we controlled the boards and dominated the paint. I was also pleased to see our defensive intensity remain high at the end of the game. Go Warriors.&#8221;</p>

<p>Next up, Webber will return to Sun Conference play to makeup a game that was previously postponed. The Warriors and the Gyrenes of Ave Maria University will tipoff starting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, November 30, in Ave Maria, Florida. It will be Webber&#8217;s final game of the month.</p>

<p><strong>MIAMI GARDENS, Fla.</strong> &#8211; In what was the Warriors&#8217; first Sun Conference Tournament match played under current Head Coach <dfn>Gretchen Hand</dfn>, the Webber International University women&#8217;s volleyball team fought hard, but ultimately saw its 2020 season come to an end on Friday during the quarterfinals of the annual Sun Conference Tournament. In the end, fifth-seeded Webber fell 3-2 (21-25, 25-15, 25-19, 25-27, 15-5) to fourth-seeded St. Thomas University.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="alignright size-large is-resized"><img decoding="async" src="https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-1024x768.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-1294" width="149" height="112" srcset="https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-300x225.jpg 300w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-768x576.jpg 768w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-195x146.jpg 195w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-50x38.jpg 50w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200-100x75.jpg 100w, https://sesports.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/The-Sun-Conference-1200.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 149px) 100vw, 149px" /></figure></div>

<p>After being swept twice by the Bobcats during the regular season despite five of the six sets between the two teams finishing with a margin of five points or less, Webber came out like a new team to start the postseason, jumping out to three-point leads of 9-6 and 12-9 early in the opening set.</p>

<p>Then, Webber opened up its lead to eight at 19-11 following a 7-0 run featuring three service aces by <dfn>Kiersten Tisdale</dfn> and finishing with a kill by <dfn>Nadia Reid</dfn>.</p>

<p>However, with the Warriors up 22-14 in the first set following a triple block, St. Thomas answered back with a 6-0 run to get back within two and make it 22-20 before <dfn>Amanda Vega</dfn> stopped the run with a kill. Another kill by Sara Wisecrock made it 24-21 Warriors before an ace by <dfn>Gabriela Lopez</dfn> ended it.</p>

<p>In the first set alone, Reid had five kills, Vega had 10 assists, and Lopez had seven digs.</p>

<p>After the first-set win for Webber, St. Thomas took back the lead after winning both the second and third sets with long runs to end them.</p>

<p>In the second set, the Warriors got out to five-point leads of 7-2 and 10-5 before the Bobcats came back to take the lead at 13-12 thanks to an 8-2 run and then ultimately won the set on a 9-0 run.</p>

<p>In the third set, the two teams found themselves tied at 17-17 until four straight points by the Bobcats started a 7-2 run for St. Thomas to win the set.</p>

<p>With Webber trailing 22-19 in the fourth set, the Warriors scored three straight to tie the set at 22-22 on another ace by Tisdale, and then a kill by Reid made it four points in a row to give Webber the 23-22 lead. seven points later, an ace by <dfn>Emily Bowen</dfn> gave Webber the 27-25 win to force a fifth and final set.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, Webber came out flat in the last set and fell behind 12-2, and was never able to recover. St. Thomas hit .300 percent in the final set while the Warriors hit -.045 percent.</p>

<p>In the end, Webber put up some huge number individuals as four Warriors finished with double digits in kills as Reid led the way with 13, Burgos-Heredia had 11, and Wiserock and Koenig each had 10. Additionally, two Warriors finished with 20 or more digs as <dfn>Gabriela Lopez</dfn> had 27 and Reid had 21 to record the double-double.</p>

<p>Vega also finished with a double-double, dishing out a very impressive 41 assists while adding 10 digs.</p>

<p>Last but not least, Tisdale finished with five aces, and Burgos-Heredia and Koenig both had three blocks.</p>

<p>Webber finished its season 4-11 overall while St. Thomas reached the 10-win mark at 10-6 and will advance to the TSC semifinals.</p>
